Farmwork without working holiday visa?

I am from Hungary. Plan to travel to Australia next Jan - March. Unfortunately Hungary does not have a working holiday agreement with Australia. I wonder, if I might find a fruit picking job without this?

Sure, you might. You might also be caught and deported and banned from visiting Australia ever again. Is it worth the risk?

Fact is, it's not hard to find work without a visa. Many people come to Australia to work on farms without working visas.

But work without a visa is illegal work. You may get caught and deported.

That's not smartass, that's how it is.
